• Gymnema: (Gymnema sylvestre) 'Sweet tooth' inhibiter. Reduces appetite and sugar absorption.
  Assists in lowering blood sugar

• Blue Flag: (Iris versicolor) Breaks down and mobilises fat tissue for utilisation via the blood stream.
  A good blood purifier. Suppresses the appetite. Relieves digestive problems such as heartburn and nausea

• Chickweed: (Stellaria media) Anti-inflammatory. Excellent for rheumatic pains. Diuretic. Skin tonic. Peripheral fat reduction. Tonic for tiredness and debility.
